Amankila

Claiming a breathtaking stretch of coastline on the Lombok Strait, Amankila rests on a lush hillside beneath sacred Mount Agung in East Bali. Connected by frangipani-lined walkways through the treetops, its stilted Pavilions and Villas overlook the Lombok Strait and a private black-sand beach, while a three-tier infinity pool cascades at the heart of the resort and the Beach Club leads down to the shore. Accommodation ranges from 94-square-metre Garden and Ocean Pavilions to Garden Pool and Ocean Pool Pavilions and the Indrakila, Kilasari and Amankila Two-Bedroom Villas, each with canopied king-size beds, and several with private pools. Dining spans Sandikala, Arva, the Terrace Bar, the Beach Club and the intimate Harvest Table, with menus reflecting Bali’s volcanic soil and waters and produce from the resort’s own organic farm and garden. The spa draws on Balinese healing traditions alongside Aman’s signature skincare, with yoga on the beach, meditation and spiritual counselling. All stays include round-trip transfers from Bali International Airport, daily breakfast, daily traditional afternoon tea, scheduled morning yoga on alternate days, a shuttle service around the Manggis and Candidasa area, in-room refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages, and use of non-motorised watersports equipment at the Beach Club.
