Welcome aboard L’Oiseau Blanc and its elegant rooftop: a panoramic vessel overlooking Paris, witnessing its grandeur and magic both day and night. Here, the spirit of adventure of Charles Nungesser and François Coli is celebrated, the French aviation pioneers who attempted the first non-stop transatlantic crossing. The impressive replica of their original biplane, nearly 11 meters wide, is now suspended in mid-air, as if soaring in full flight toward… the Iron Lady.
L’Oiseau Blanc invites you to experience a culinary journey that is as poetic as it is delicious, as refined as it is inspired, rooted in French tradition yet fully embracing modernity. In 2026, the restaurant proudly retains its two Michelin stars for the fifth consecutive year, a testament to its unwavering pursuit of excellence and flawless culinary mastery.
Hailing from the Perche region, Chef David Bizet maintains an intimate and respectful relationship with nature, a true source of inspiration and creativity. Whenever possible, he returns to his beloved terroir, enjoying forest walks, hunting, or fishing, always with the utmost respect for the environment.
Committed to sustainable cuisine, he passionately cultivates his own vegetable garden, carefully managing the spaces and maintaining the delicate balance of ecosystems that allow plants and animals to thrive. Naturally, his passion shines through in every dish, as he honors the treasures of his terroir with delicacy and humility. A promise of a true gastronomic flight through the heart of French terroirs, where each stop tells the story of nature and its riches, brilliantly celebrated in every plate and every gesture.
In its décor, LiLi dares to build a unique bridge between France and Asia, within a setting that blends Haussmannian grandeur with artisanal touches from here and afar. Remarkable artworks punctuate the space, enhancing the atmosphere of a truly immersive experience, a vibrant tribute to the history of The Peninsula.
In the kitchen, Chef Tak Lau Yuen, master of Cantonese traditions, works closely with Executive Chef David Bizet. Together, they compose a singular culinary score, merging ancestral techniques with contemporary inspiration, making LiLi far more than a Chinese restaurant: a true gateway between two visions of gastronomy.
As for the atmosphere, LiLi excels in the art of hosting and celebrating in style, starting with its renowned Dim Sum and its traditionally prepared Peking Duck, as well as creative dishes that harmoniously unite Cantonese craftsmanship with French refinement.
LiLi welcomes you from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and offers every Saturday a generous all-you-can-eat Brunch featuring the restaurant’s signature recipes, crafted with care and expertise by our Cantonese chefs.
Every evening, the atmosphere at LiLi transforms: Chinese artists from the Parisian scene captivate the room with the Chinese harp, the guzheng, reinterpreting both traditional pieces and iconic French chansons, creating a moving and mesmerizing ambiance that lasts late into the night.
At the entrance of The Peninsula Paris, Le Lobby welcomes guests at any hour of the day and for every craving: from a quintessential Parisian breakfast to a savory snack, from a traditional lunch imagined by our talented Executive Chef David Bizet to a perfectly selected glass of wine; all enjoyed within this setting meticulously restored by France’s finest master artisans.
Blending a refined dining room with a grand reception hall designed for the most memorable celebrations, Le Lobby has been a jewel of the social scene for over a century : a true theatre, witnessing the artistic effervescence of Paris past and present. Here, Gershwin composed An American in Paris. There, Proust crossed paths with Joyce. Picasso, Stravinsky, and many others enjoyed tea, a cocktail, or attended an elegant reception beneath its delicate moldings. What if the opening act were, in fact, the ultimate destination?
In the warmer months, extending from the lobby, La Terrasse Kléber opens daily for those who appreciate the finer things: a sun-drenched haven in the heart of the 16th arrondissement, perfect for a shaded lunch, an iced tea, or an open-air dinner.
A must-visit in the capital, the Peninsula’s Tea Time evolves with the seasons and the creativity of our Pastry Chef Anne Coruble, named Pastry Chef of the Year. At tea time, she subtly reinvents the signature sweets of this centuries-old tradition in a ballet of textures, colors, and aromas. On Sundays, the Lobby Brunch, a true gourmet ritual and a highlight of elegant weekends, shines thanks to the sumptuous luminosity of our Versailles-style Lobby.

From noon until late at night, Bar Kléber welcomes guests in its chic and intimate salons. Oak paneling, majestic mirrors, and gilded moldings, each detail meticulously restored over nearly four years by the finest French artisans, pays tribute to the historic heritage of this place. It was here that Henry Kissinger negotiated the Paris Peace Accords, which ended the Vietnam War in 1973. Elegantly suspended on either side of the bar, two hand-embroidered silk tapestries, specially commissioned from Vietnam, serve as a reminder of this unique heritage.
Today, guests gather over creative cocktails and elegant bites : a promise of refined evenings and delightful moments to share.
Bar Kléber welcomes visitors without reservation. During busy periods, a short wait may be required.
Beneath its majestic glass roof, Terrasse Kléber is the perfect spot to enjoy refined cuisine in the shade of olive trees or to take your time sipping a cocktail at any hour of the day. Sheltered from the bustle of Parisian life, it offers an elegant refuge: a promise of a true moment of luxury and indulgence. In winter, the terrace transforms into a cozy cocoon, with heated spaces where you can curl up and enjoy warming drinks or exquisite cocktails.
