Solera is Shebara’s signature adults-only pool bar, positioned at the elevated infinity-edge pool on the western side of the island — widely regarded as the best spot in the resort for sunset viewing. Drawing its name and spirit from the barrel-aging system used in winemaking, Solera offers an eco-conscious menu of innovative non-alcoholic beverages inspired by nature, the sea, and the surrounding desert.
