With the most subtle touches in architecture and lighting, the yellows, golds and reds of the region’s Byzantine iconography are the inspiration for the rich colours and lavish textiles with which guestrooms are furnished – all the more striking within a design of Zen minimalism and the modern comforts of bioclimatisation and a home automation system. Our luxurious bedding and pillow menu ensure a perfect night’s sleep, on mattresses that are hand-made especially for Euphoria Retreat to follow the contours of your body. The addition of olive oil to the natural fabrics of our mattresses will contribute to your skin feeling soft and velvety and, through the natural antibacterial properties of olive oil, help combat the free radicals that cause signs of ageing even as you sleep.

A perfect mood for meditation

Solid-wood furniture, marble or wooden floors, and luxuriously fitted bathrooms with signature amenities make you feel special throughout your stay. No two rooms are alike, and some even have their own Steam Shower. Insulation is provided, not just for warmth but for sound, too, allowing you to drift effortlessly into the perfect mood for relaxation and meditation.

All rooms are designed to offer their own special guest experience, with a selection of suites for that extra special touch of elegance and space and disabled access rooms also available. The six rooms of the lovingly refurbished 1830-built Leoncini Mansion can even be booked for exclusive use, with a private dining room allowing absolute privacy.

All guestrooms open onto balconies, terraces or courtyards, with uplifting views of the private forest, lush valley of citrus groves, or Castle of Mystras – especially impressive when lit up at night.
